Women in Photonics / Women in Science & Engineering Luncheon

Networking for women at technical conferences is essential for professional achievement and diversity and inclusion purposes. To encourage women to get together, support each other, and share insights at IEEE RAPID, a co-organized Women in Photonics and Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) networking event will be included on the agenda. A lunch event, with invited speakers, is planned for Day 3 during the session break. Registration for this event will be required, as space is limited.

Topics will be focused on career enhancement and addressing issues that tend to challenge women in the science and engineering workplace. This will be a welcoming and motivating experience to kick off the technical sessions!
